The manager class for attachment handling.

Register your AttachmentHandler instance with this class by invoking AttachmentHandlerManager.addAttachmentHandler(net.rim.blackberry.api.mail.AttachmentHandler).

Note: Native attachment handlers on the handheld have priority access to all attachments. Third-party converters cannot override the native platform behaviour.
